Welcome to the PRIME Center

The PRIME Center at Arizona State University was established to expand the talents of mathematically promising middle and high school students. We work with faculty and ASU students on research and development projects.

We are dedicated to:

  1. Assisting students with difficulties in mathematics at all levels: elementary, middle, and secondary.
  2. Providing parent seminars and workshops.
  3. Preparing the community to support mathematics education.
  4. Increasing the pool of talented teachers in mathematics at all levels.
  5. Offering ongoing professional development for teachers.
  6. The PRIME Center is directed by:
  7. Mary Cavanagh, Executive Director
  8. Carole Greenes, Associate Vice Provost for STEM Education
